Portafolio Inmobiliario Earns Four Awards in One Week

In a single week, Portafolio Inmobiliario received four prestigious awards, further cementing its leadership in the real estate sector and reaffirming its commitment to Costa Rica’s social, economic, and environmental development.

The company won the 2024 Sustainable Construction Award in the Company category, presented by the Costa Rican Chamber of Construction, marking the third consecutive year it has been recognized for innovative sustainable building practices and its ability to create value in cities and communities.

It also received the AmCham Sustainable Business Award in the Community category from the Costa Rican-American Chamber of Commerce, honoring its comprehensive development approach that actively involves and benefits the communities where it operates. Competitors in this category included Grupo Purdy, BAC, P&G, AstraZeneca, and Hewlett Packard, among others.
