The Costa Rican Investment Promotion Agency (CINDE) advises that, as of today, our new offices will be located on the 22nd floor of Torre Universal, in Sabana Sur, San José.

This change, which has been in process since 2019, is the result of a search for greater operational efficiency paired with increased capacity. Likewise, the location allows for better integration with the communities and ecosystems that the organization supports, as well as greater proximity to all interested parties with whom CINDE interacts, to continue promoting the country's socio-economic development.

CINDE’s offices, located in San José, are part of the geographical area known as the Technological City (Ciudad Tecnológica), a project headlined by the Municipality of San José.

The new space has access to varied forms of urban mobility, such as commuter train and bike paths, and reinforces the institutional mission to favor sustainability in Costa Rica, echoing its vision of attracting investment with purpose; for this reason, our agency will opt for LEED Gold certification.

The new office design meets all safety and social distancing requirements, in accordance with guidelines from the Ministry of Health. Likewise, some of the furniture was designed and produced locally by Costa Rican talent – national elements that enhance the essence of Costa Rica.

The telephone numbers will remain the same, including 2201-2800 as the central contact. Please keep in mind that they will only be out of service this weekend due to IT maintenance from November 27th through 30th.

CINDE welcomes you to our new home, where we will continue contributing to the sustainable development, economic impact, and social progress of Costa Rica by attracting direct foreign investment and supporting a conducive investment climate.
